Set during the summer of 1971, the album follows two researchers working deep within a remote tropical jungle. Most days are routine. Plant specimens are catalogued. Measurements are recorded. Notes are filed away. Then something unusual appears.
Inspired by classic progressive psychedelic rock and vintage analogue recordings, the music unfolds gradually through field notes, photographs, conversations and discoveries made one careful step at a time. Rather than rushing toward answers, The Taluka Threshold embraces atmosphere, patience and the quiet excitement of noticing something that doesn't quite belong.
